Artisan production of rennet

The Guareschi caglificio, located in Fontanelle di Roccabianca in the province of Parma, has its origins in the distant year of 1820, when the ancestors of the current owner founded the company for the production and marketing of rennet, used in dairies. Since then the company has evolved, becoming a reliable partner for the Italian dairy industry.
